NTLOGISTICINV
Returns the inverse of the cumulative distribution function for a specified logistic distribution.

)
Parameters
- prob is a probability corresponding to the normal distribution (0 < prob < 1).
- M is a parameter of the distribution .
- B is a parameter of the distribution .
